Don’t be ashamed of ‘Snoring’ while you sleep and for those with ‘Sleep Apnea’ we offer the perfect solution in Silensor-sl. Regardless of whether it’s chronic snoring or sleep apnea subsequent loss of proper rest can diminish the quality of your life, may cause serious health problems.

Snoring is related to sleep apnea. Inhalation is difficult during snoring since the airway passage for breathing is intermittently blocked. As snoring becomes more severe, the blockage of breath increases and oxygen absorption is reduced. The lower jaw and the tongue are held in a protrusive position with the Silensor-sl, which opens up the airways and stops snoring while we sleep.

Effectiveness of the Use of Silensor-sl

Splint is used in Silensor-sl for both upper and lower jaw. Lower jaw is either held in a predetermined position or advanced by 2 connectors that are fixed laterally to the splint, which in term counteracts the narrowing of the respiratory tracts. The noise generating vibrations of soft tissues is decreased when the speed of inhaled air is controlled. With the Silensor-sl movements of jaw is possible without falling back of the lower jaw, this function of Silensor-sl proves to be a comfortable and an effective snoreguard.

Luminers are veneers to fulfill requirements in prosthetic dentistry for teeth with no preparation or with minimal preparation.

With Luminers sensitive removal of the tooth structure can be avoided for certain smile enhancement treatment plans. Luminers are extremely thin compared to traditional veneers.

  • Vibrant and natural looking aesthetics
  • Durable
  • No minimal tooth preparation required

High strength, injection moulded, biocompatible denture material. Bio Dentaplast was presented by bredent for the first time during the IDS 2001 in Cologne. The semi-crystalline thermoplastic material with its linear structure features outstanding material properties. The material exhibits good physical and chemical properties, such as high hardness, considerable rigidity, no stress cracking and high restoring capacity.

No metal clasps – but gingiva-colored (pink) clasps that blend with the natural teeth. Better shade stability than other flexible resins. Extremely flexible. Can be extended and relined. Plasticity is retained and embrittlement is avoided. Comfortable, resistant and durable.

The high rigidity and full restoring capacity of Bio Dentaplast allows usage of the material for a wide indication range. Classic indications recommended by bredent are:

  • Clasp free partial dentures
  • Tooth coloured clasps
  • Temporary (max. 2 years) crowns and bridges
  • Tooth-coloured occlusal appliances
  • Ideal for patients who decided to receive a removeable restoration but do not want metal clasps.
Direct Metal Laser Sintering

Direct Metal Laser Sintering

Direct Metal Laser Sintering System is a certified system for the additive manufacturing of new generation branded PFMs (Porcelain Fused to Metal) using imported EOSINT M270 Laser Sintering Machine from Germany.

EOSINT M270 is used to implants in bio-compatible alloy directly from CAD data. To make sure the purity, we use special CE certified Co-Cr-Mb (Cobalt Chrome Molybdenum) based alloy powder (directly imported from the manufacturer) in EOSINT M270 Laser Sintering Machine, the technology focuses metal powder into a solid part by melting it locally using a focussed laser beam. The parts are built up additively layer by layer. This alloy is highly bio-compatible.

  • Incredible thinner margins when compared with conventioal PFM
  • The CAD process detects and eliminates undercut up to 0.2mm
  • The CAM process facilitates equispaced ceramic binding and avoids chip-off
  • Long span bridges upto 16 units can be fabricated
  • The fabrication of long span bridges through sintering eliminates rocking
  • The high precision allows easy crown fixing

Clear Aligner

Clear Aligner

Clear Aligner are a series of transparent aligners used to realign teeth with better comfort and ease for the patient.

Unlike conventional wires and brackets as in regular dental braces Clear Aligner is removable invisible splint made of thin transparent plastic and they are to be changed every two weeks saving the patient from heavy duty painful maintenance. Each aligner is unique as it is customized for the patients teeth.

During treatment each Clear Aligner is replaced following the prescribed sequence as the teeth moves-little by little, week by week until they have straightened to the final position.

Remove the Clear Aligner while eating or drinking. And it allows you to have oral hygiene to maintain fresh breath.

No need to spend long hours at the clinic negotiating conventional bracket and wire adjustments. With Clear Aligners you get to see the post treatment positions and how the teeth will ater the treatment.

How it works?

The Clear Aligner treatment consists of a revolutionary system, integrating the latest software and 3D CAD/CAM imaging technology. The software analyses the patients models scanned using high-tech 3D digital scanner and ascertain the number of Aligners required in each stage to reach the predetermined goal.

Clear Aligners are custom made for each patient, slight adjustments would be effected to the tooth position at each intermediate stage which is mapped out in advance by the dentist. Clear Aligners are changed periodically which reposition the teeth progressively.

Clear Aligner must be worn for atleast 20 hours everyday which will be changed every week. This slowly pushes teeth into the preprogrammed position accepted between the dentist and the patient. The treatment time varies based on the complexity of the teeth movements planned, and the number of aligners to be used will be increased in more difficult cases.

Advantages for the patient

  • Metal brackets or wires are not used hence no irritation or friction inside mouth
  • Almost invisible and transparent splints
  • Simple hygienic care – Can be taken off easily to clean
  • Easily removable – No effect on eating habits
  • Simple, precise planning process
  • Highly biocompatible
  • No difficulty to speak and smile

Smile Designing

A smile can be the most eye-catching feature of a face. With many advances in dental treatment, one no longer have to live with stained, chipped, or missing teeth. With Cosmetic Dentistry, there are many ways in which you can improve your smile. Even the most subtle change in your smile can make a dramatic difference in the way you look and feel about yourself.

There are a variety of products and procedures available to help you improve your dental appearance.

Tooth Whitening

Sometimes a single tooth may become discoloured and may look out of place. In such cases your dentist may consider having the tooth whitened to match the rest of your teeth.

Teeth whitening is used to correct discoloration of the teeth by removing the brown or yellow staining. The term tooth whitening or tooth bleaching can refer to a number of techniques to improve the brightness of the patient’s tooth such as Chemical whitening, Mild acid whitening, Abrasive teeth brightening and Laser teeth whitening

Teeth bleaching are chemical process used to lighten the colour of the patient’s teeth. The procedure can be performed entirely in the cosmetic dentist’s office or it can be performed by the patient in their home, using a materials provided by the dentist. The home method is often used because it saves the patient from having to make an office visit for each treatment.

In the case of surface stain, the dentist may also suggest the use of special whitening toothpaste. All such toothpastes help remove surface stain through the action of mild abrasives. Whitening toothpastes may also have special chemical or polishing agents that provide additional stain removal effectiveness. Unlike bleaches, these products do not alter the intrinsic colour of teeth.

Tooth Veneers

Veneers are very thin pieces of specially shaped porcelain or plastic, which are glued over the front of the teeth and are often an alternative to crowns. Fixing of Veneers requires little or no anaesthesia and they are the cure for teeth that are severely discoloured, crooked or chipped.
